The home

Built for long, slow days by the Pacific

Casa Luna Llena is a modern three-bedroom villa set on the hillside just above town, so every room looks out to the ocean. It was designed and finished to a high standard, with natural stone, carved wood, and work by local Sayulita artists throughout.

The house is sized for a family or a few couples. Each bedroom is a king suite with its own bath, three balconies catch the sea breeze, and the rooftop is the place everyone ends up at sunset.

Make it yours

We're glad to arrange an in-person or video showing, share rental history, and answer questions about buying in Mexico.

Can foreigners buy in Sayulita?

Yes. Near the coast, foreign buyers usually hold property through a fideicomiso, a bank trust that gives the buyer full rights to use, rent, sell or pass on the home. A local notario handles the closing.

Is the house sold furnished?

Ask us about furnishings, art and equipment. Details are available on request.

Can I keep renting it out?

The house has a long track record as a top-rated vacation rental, and we can talk through how the current operation runs.
